Description:
90% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay
This rosé champagne has delicate orange reflections and reveals sweet notes of red fruits characteristic of Pinot Noir. This represents, in fact, at least 90% of the assembly. Ideal as an aperitif, with grilled meats or with certain desserts such as a red fruit sabayon.
Winemaker:
Richard works with 13 hectares in and around Balnot sur Laignes. He works with oak and likes to partially block malolactic to create bright, exotic wines.
