Made of 100% Chardonnay, this cuvee is rich yet elegant. The pale lemon appearance showcases bright and fine bubbles inviting you for a tasting.
On the nose, the crisp citrus notes are evident. The palate reveals an interesting aromatic complexity made of white fruits, peach, nectarine and subtle notes of bread and toast giving a lively yet rounded finish.
This cuvee is ideal as an aperitif but can beautifully pair with a sea food platter.
